I really, really meant to write a follow up to my initial post analyzing the President’s new housing stimulus plan. Really. But I didn’t. I got sidetracked, which is bad news for blog readers but good news for the metro Phoenix real estate market. I handled more closings in March than I’ve ever handled in one month before. Buyers are back, in boatloads, scooping up Valley housing bargains.

Luckily our broker Jay Thompson, the Phoenix Real Estate Guy, analyzed the President’s plan in depth. I hereby shamelessly link to my betters.
