You don’t often see saguaro cactus greeting you at a traditional Moorish Fortress! This castle is the highest elevation private residence in Phoenix, and is one of the most unique landmarks in the entire Southwest. It was built from the stone created on location by blasting Camelback Mountain to create the home’s site, so it blends in with the surroundings perfectly. And it makes for great photography!
