Kierland’s a neat area. There are plenty of resort-style destinations, subdivisions, and master-planned communities around town, all offering hotels, condos, homes, restaurants, golf, shopping, etc etc. But there’s something about Kierland that’s a little different. It "feels" more comfortable than most of the others…

You are SO right! I can’t put a finger on it, but Kierland does feel different. I have some clients from Vancouver who are … well let’s just say that financially they’re quite comfortable. They visit often and have stayed at The Boulders, The Palms, The Phoenician, etc., etc. Eventually they stopped found Kierland Resort and now won’t stay anywhere else.
