I was driving across Glendale yesterday on Northern Ave, and remarked on the changes we’ll see over the next decade. Two miles away, and easily visible, was Glendale’s Stadium District – Westgate, University of Phoenix Stadium, and a ton of development – hotels, condos, commercial & retail space. Yet I was driving across farmland; farms that have probably been here for a century. My point was driven home by this tractor waiting to turn left..
